４月１１日、最高裁は立川自衛隊官舎ビラ配布事件で、被告の上告を棄却し有罪判決を出した。一審の無罪判決を覆した高裁に続き、「表現の自由」を踏みにじるものだった。判決を受けて３人が思いを語った。
